This is a unique, rent-free grant opportunity to bring meaningful programming to Gardner neighbors.

Request for Proposal (RFP)

The decision to issue this RFP was shaped by extensive engagement with Gardner neighborhood residents and stakeholders. There is a shared interest in bringing inclusive, high-quality services to the community out of the Gardner Community Center. This RFP ensures a fair and transparent opportunity for nonprofit partners to meet those needs.

The application deadline has been extended to Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 4 p.m.

To register and access the application, please go to grants.sanjoseca.gov/index.jsp. Completed proposals can only be submitted online via WebGrants. Proposals must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. The average time for a new WebGrants account registration to be complete is three (3) business days.
