The decision to issue this RFP was shaped by extensive engagement with Gardner neighborhood residents and stakeholders. To register and access the application, please go to grants.sanjoseca.gov/index.jsp. Completed proposals can only be submitted online via WebGrants. Proposals must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. The average time for a new WebGrants account registration to be complete is three (3) business days.
