Viva CalleSJ ^
Viva CalleSJ is a free program that temporarily closes miles of San José streets to bring communities together to walk, bike, skate, play, and explore the city like never before.
For more information, visit vivacallesj.org.
Viva CalleSJ is part of California Climate Investments, a statewide initiative that puts billions of Cap-and Trade dollars to work reducing greenhouse gas emissions, strengthening the economy, and improving public health and the environment, particularly in disadvantaged communities.
Viva Parks ^
Viva Parks is a series of free events focused on health and wellness resources, physical activity, and community engagement. We do this by connecting people to people, uniting neighbors, visually transforming the park with positive programming, increasing usage, and providing community resources to the neighborhood.
