1605 South 7th Street Project

FILE NOS: H24-031 & ER24-153

The Project is a Site Development permit for the demolition of all existing structures on-site and the construction of an approximately 152,078 square foot concrete tilt-up warehouse building, including an 8,694 square feet of incidental office use and an approximately 36,613 square feet canopy structure for the external staging and loading area. The Project is designed to support the “last mile” distribution of packages. There will be 24-hour operation of outdoor use in the loading zones.  

LOCATION

The project site is located at 1605 South 7th Street, on the southern corner of East Alma Avenue and South 7th Street.
