The project consists of a Site Development Permit to allow the construction of approximately 1,231,000 square feet of commercial space within two 16-story towers on an approximately 3.09-gross acre site. The two buildings contain predominantly office space at the upper levels, with ground floor mixed-use spaces including retail, entertainment, amenity, and public open spaces including a publicly accessible plaza. Each building includes four levels of underground parking with a total of 758 vehicle parking spaces provided. A total of 67 trees (28 ordinance-size, 39 non-ordinance-size) would be removed.
