Campbell Union High School District General Plan Amendment

GP18-004

General Plan Amendment to change the General Plan Land Use Designation/Transportation Diagram Designation from Public-Quasi Public to Residential Neighborhood on approximately six acres in the center of the site and Combined Industrial/Commercial on approximately three acres fronting Camden Avenue with approximately three acres fronting Union Avenue to remain as Public-Quasi Public. The analysis also includes a Staff Alternative (“Scenario 2”) to change the General Plan Land Use Designation/Transportation Diagram Designation from Public-Quasi Public to Combined Industrial/Commercial on approximately nine acre site with approximately three acres fronting Union Avenue to remain as Public-Quasi Public.
