Planned Development Rezoning from the CG Commercial General Zoning District to the CP(PD) Planned Development Zoning District to allow for the demolition of an existing residence and an approximately 4,500-square foot commercial building, removal of 10 trees, and construction of a mixed-use project with up to 48 residential units and approximately 18,495 square feet of office space on an approximately 0.47-gross acre site.
