The project is a General Plan Amendment request to change the General Plan Land Use Designation from Neighborhood Community Commercial to Mixed Use Commercial on an approximately 1.05-gross acre parcel. The project also proposes a Conforming Rezoning from CN Commercial Neighborhood to MUC Mixed-Use Commercial Zoning District.
LOCATION
The project site is comprised of two parcels (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 497-27-110 and -011) located on the southwest corner of Lewis Road and Senter Road.
