City List of Approved Environmental Consultants
NOTICE: Effective July 1, 2025, applicants who submit a Planning application for a private development or use that requires review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) or National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) must directly contract with an environmental consultant on the updated City List of Environmental Consultants.
Applicants who submit a Planning application prior to July 1, 2025 that require CEQA review may contract with a consultant from the new list or the old list published in 2019.
All environmental documents submitted to the City are subject to peer review at the applicant’s expense.
