Capitol Caltrain Urban Village Plan

City-initiated General Plan Amendment for the adoption of the Capitol Caltrain Urban Village (CCUV), including changes to General Plan land use designations for properties within the Urban Village land use plan; and City-initiated Conforming Rezonings of properties within the North Block and Mid-Block of the Urban Village located at 3600 Monterey Road on a 10.3 gross acre site.
LOCATION
The 10.3-acre project site is generally bounded by Monterey Road to the west, Kenbrook Circle to the north, Pfeifle Avenue to the east, and E Capitol Expressway to the south.
