El Paseo and 1777 Saratoga Avenue Mixed-Use Village (Signature Project) for the construction of up to 165,949 square feet of commercial space and 994 residential units configured in four mixed use buildings on an approximately 10.76-gross acre site.

  • Building 2 – Construction of a 9-story, 99-foot-high mixed-use building consisting of 273 multifamily residential units and 29,699 square feet of commercial space.
  • Building 3 – Construction of a 11-story, 130-foot-high mixed-use building consisting of 206 multifamily residential units and 66,838 square feet of commercial space.
  • Building 4 – Construction of a 12-story, 132-foot-high mixed-use building consisting of 248 multifamily residential units and 5,236 square feet of commercial space.
