Surplus Property Available for Donation

Per Council Policy 1-20, the Director of Public Works has the authority to donate surplus property with an estimated value of $1,500 or less to public or government agency, volunteer fire department, or nonprofit corporation.

If you are interested in the property, the Donation Request and Disclaimer Form to must be submitted to Pete Leon at Pete.Leon@sanjoseca.gov.
