Neighborhood Associations

A neighborhood association is a group of community members who work together for changes and improvements such as neighborhood safety, beautification, social activities, and look out for each other. Some meet monthly, some meet quarterly, and some communicate through online communications. If you are interested in forming a neighborhood association, please call the District 4 office at (408) 535-4904 or email district4@sanjoseca.gov.
