Booking a Facility
The Event Services Office makes scheduling filming and photoshoots quick and easy. Please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Contact Event Services at 408-535-1248 or firstname.lastname@example.org to check date availability and/or to schedule a site visit.
Step 2: Once a date is selected, applicants are to complete and return their Facility Use Application with original signatures and provide proof of 1 million in general liability insurance listing The City of San José, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors are named as additional insured.
Step 3: Nearly done! All fees are due upon signing of the contract. Event Services will provide a contract which will serve as the film/photo permit for City Hall.
Parking is available with a permit on South 5th street behind the Rotunda. Event Services will assist you in obtaining a parking permit in coordination with the Department of Transportation. Contact Event Services at 408-535-1248 or email@example.com.
Fees vary based on facility use. Minimum fees apply based on the day of the week. Please see Facilities and Fees for more information regarding areas.
