The Executive Committee oversees ongoing activities of the Arts Commission, provides oversight for the Grants and Non-profit Support Program and related activities for the Special Events Program, and reviews the program budget administered by the Office of Cultural Affairs.

Executive Committee meetings are held on the first Monday of the months in which they are scheduled. During FY 2019-2020 meetings are scheduled during the months of August, October, November, February, March and May.
Currently, no Executive Committee meetings are scheduled for the months of July, September, December, January, April or June but meetings may be scheduled if needed.
Location: Meetings are held at City Hall, 200 E. Santa Clara Street, typically on the 12th Floor of the Tower in public meeting room T-1254.
