The Yerba Buena Creek Trail follows the waterway from Evergreen Park along Estates Way to Silver Estates Drive.
The trail has two bridges that cross Yerba Buena Creek. One bridge leads to Evergreen Park. The other bridge is near Creek Estates (from the south) and Valle del Laeo (from the north). Across from Yerba Buena Road, along the north side, you'll find Evergreen Valley Community College and Montgomery Hill Park with its unpaved trails along a scenic hillside landscape.
0.9 mile. The short unpaved trail follows the riparian landscape of the meandering creek.

The trail system is not designated as part of a regional, state or national designated trail system. With future development, it has the potential to lead to the Bay Area Ridge Trail.
