Project Scope
Planned Development Zoning from Commercial Pedestrian to CP(PD) Planned Development Zoning for:
- Up to 600 multifamily residential units
- Up to 300,000 square feet of commercial/retail uses (minimum 200,000 square feet)
Planned Development Permit to allow:
- The demolition of 76,894 square feet of existing commercial buildings
- The construction of a 200,000-square foot office building, 590 residential units, an alternative parking arrangement (tandem parking), and the removal of 17 on-site ordinance size trees, one on-site non-ordinance size tree, and three ordinance size street trees
